Since day 1 at Tool Shed we've known that one of the most important jobs we have as Albertan Brewers is global awareness about the greatest barley on earth grown right here in western Canada. And what better way to do that than with our COMPLETELY ALBERTAN BEER! #PrairiePride is BACK!!! boasting barley from an hour up the road at Antler Valley Farm, and local wheat. Malted locally, with locally grown hops, and even a wild naturally occurring wild yeast strain captured on the Keller Family's barley farm in New Norway Alberta. This beer is essentially the DNA of Tool Shed. Canadian pride in everything our province has to offer the beer industry!

Stay Tuned for more details on upcoming launch parties and where you’ll be able to find #PrairiePride this fall!?

Want to know more? check out this video from back in the day when we first conceived of this crazy idea and went foraging for wild Alberta yeast on Keller Farms!

OUR THIS VIDEO of the first brew day when our great friends from Antler Valley Farms and Red Shed Malting visited the Tool Shed with the very first batch of Antler Valley Farm’s barley, exclusively small batch craft malted JUST for this very beer!
