BBQ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP - GOLD MEDAL WINNING TASTING EXPERIENCE

Join us for an EPIC evening of devouring the delicious BBQ dishes the Notorious P.I.G competition BBQ team presented at the World Food Championships!! We're getting the gang back together to bring you a world class BBQ experience to finish out an AMAZING year of competition BBQ-ing!

On offer will be servings of our bourbon peach ribs with charred peach and pickled corn salad, smoked brisket sausage with burnt end croquettes and smoked cheddar mac & cheese. The final table, "Brisk-etta", is butterflied brisket rolled with pork belly and fire roasted poblano peppers served with brisket tallow whipped potatoes, bone broth reduction brown butter jus, pickled red onions and brisket cracklin'. FOR THE FINALE we present the gold medal, perfect score, World Championship Winning BBQ pork belly stuffed chicken wings with bone broth reduction and brown butter jus basted Hasselback potatoes!!!!!!! Alongside these SPECTACULAR dishes, we will be pairing each one with a 10oz pour of Tool Shed beer.

Since we were competing on Remembrance Day, $2 from each ticket sale will be donated to the Wounded Warriors Canada who provide a range of clinically facilitated programs specifically developed to support the unique needs of Veterans, First Responders and their families.

​

We will also be running a "Fill the Shed" campaign for the month of December to support theVeterans Food Bank of Calgary and are requesting that you bring a donation item with you to help us "fill the shed" and bring a little relief to those in need during the holiday season. Check out the Urgently Need List Here
